The customer is entitled to reject the product within
14 (fourteen) days of receipt.

the same form as the payment. For example, if a Buyer paid for the goods with a
bank card, then a refund will be made to the same bank card.

The sum of the refund will be equal to the
cost of the product. To refund money for erroneous transactions it is necessary
to submit a written application and append receipts that prove erroneous
